Between the Stones - Original
Between the Stones was painted in my summer she-shed, with the doors flung open and the warm air spilling in—one of those perfect, quiet afternoons where time slows down. I was inspired by a small puddle nestled in the Muskoka rock, surrounded by sun-soaked granite and soft grass. There was something grounding about the way the land held onto that bit of water, like a secret resting place. This piece is my way of capturing that feeling—of stillness, softness, and being held by the landscape.
