Born and raised in Barrie, Ontario, Alexandra Gronfors was a teacher who quickly made a name for herself in the artistic community. Alexandra is a stage four Hodgkin's Lymphoma cancer survivor. During her chemotherapy, she painted her way through treatment while sharing her journey and inspiring others through her art. The goal of her art is to bring joy to everyone while offering a unique perspective of the world with her use of bold, vibrant colours and high contrast backgrounds. Each piece showcases her positive outlook on life and bright imagination. She is inspired by people, landscapes, and the natural world. She has provided countless smiles to her clients with her story, custom artwork, prints, and private lessons.
